    HR@hand for Your Employees

Employees will shop for benefits and complete online enrollment through HR@hand’s employee dashboard. Plus, HR@hand includes decision support tools such as Ask Emma. Ask Emma will help guide employees through their buying process through a series of simple questions about their specific situation. She will help explain technical insurance speak in an articulate, easy-to-understand way.

After benefit enrollment, employees can still use First Niagara Benefits Exchange from their desktop, phone or tablet to conveniently access benefit information, documents, videos and track expenses.

Employees will have access to helpful enrollment reminders and updates, online calculators, important benefit documents and their current benefits plan.

Employees can easily compare health plans and estimate their annual premium and out-of-pocket costs.

Benefit selection is intuitive and user-friendly. Employees may choose from an array of benefit options or continue with their current benefit plan. Throughout their benefit selection, employees may access Ask Emma for information regarding the enrollment process and get answers to their benefit questions.
