    How do I access my accounts online?

    You can access your accounts 24/7 using First Niagara online banking. It’s free — so enroll now. Just be sure to have your Social Security Number handy as well as your 4-digit telephone banking PIN, which is usually the last four digits of the primary telephone number on record.

    How can I get a copy of a check or statement?

    You can access your checks/statements via online banking 24/7, request them through the secured message link.  You can visit your local First Niagara branch, or call our 24-hour customer connection line at 716-625-7700 or 1-800-439-8230 toll-free.

    How do I place a stop payment?

    You can make stop payments for checks via online banking 24/7, by visiting your local branch, or call our 24-hour customer connection line at 716-625-7700 or 1-800-439-8230 toll-free.

    Note: A service charge of $30 will be assessed for each applied stop payment order. Stop payments initiated weekdays between 6:00 AM and 7:30 PM normally post immediately. Stop payments initiated after hours or during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

    Do I have to be a First Niagara customer to apply for a small business loan?

    How can I make federal tax payments for my business?

    Effective December 31, 2010 First Niagara Bank is no longer able to accept federal tax payments at our branch offices, due to a federal mandate published by the IRS. You may make payments online through First Niagara’s business online banking. You may also make payments electronically by using the government’s Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) at www.eftps.gov.
