  • The Mortgage Loan Process Simplified

    Getting there, made easy

  • Whether you’re buying a home, building, or refinancing, no doubt you will have questions along the way. Fortunately, help is here. Our dedicated Mortgage Consultants will find a custom solution to meet your needs - with competitive interest rates, low fees, timely decisions, and seamless closings. We’ll be with you every step of the way – from the first meeting to the closing.

How do I open these files?

    Our streamlined eight-step process includes:

    1. Getting prepared – Gather all of your documents listed in the pre-approval checklist to know exactly how much home you can buy before you start looking.
    2. Getting pre-approval – Once you have your documents together, call us to find out what you may need to qualify for a home purchase. If you already have a contract to buy a home, you can go directly to step three.
    3. The application – Next, meet with one of our Mortgage Consultants, either in person or over the phone, to discuss your full mortgage application, available mortgage terms, review your paperwork and sign it.
    4. The appraisal – A licensed appraiser will contact the listing real estate agent to gain entry to the property and determine the value.
    5. The loan processing – We review your loan papers, answer any further questions and submit the papers for decisioning.
    6. The underwriting – We determine whether or not your application is complete and render a credit decision.
    7. Clearing conditions – If approved, your loan approval may be issued with conditions that must be cleared before your loan can close. For example, you will need to obtain an insurance policy on your new home before we can issue a “clear to close.” We will also re-verify current employment prior to closing.
    8. The closing – Sign the final loan papers – and you‘re finished.

Contact one of our Mortgage Consultants today to discuss your mortgage process.
