  • Application Checklist

    Please submit the following documents to your Relationship Manager to begin the loan application process.
  • Business banking, corporate banking and commercial real estate loans

    • Statement of purpose or business plan to support your loan request
    • Personal Financial Statement - certified and currently dated
    • Personal Federal income tax returns – complete copies of the three most recent years
    • Business financial statements - three most recent years, certified
    • Business income projection - 12 to 24 months projected
    • Business & Professional Credit Application  

    Plus, where commercial real estate is involved (as applicable)

    • Purchase agreement
    • Real estate property survey
    • Estimate of construction or renovation costs
    • Plans and specifications
    • Listing of tenants and lease information. Complete the Rent Roll form (requires MS Excel) 
    • Annual income and expenses of property - three years historical, one year projected. Complete the Annual Income and Expense Statement form (requires MS Excel) 
    • Amortization Schedule - to help you determine your monthly mortgage loan payment. Enter loan amount, interest rate and amortization in years using the Loan Payment Amortization calculator (requires MS Excel)
